Dr. Lingaja Thirunavukarasu,
Chiropractor

Hello! I’m Dr. Lingaja Thirunavukarasu, a board-certified chiropractor. I earned my Honours Bachelor of Health Science in Kinesiology from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology, followed by a Doctorate in Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.

During my clinical internship at Sherbourne Health, I gained valuable experience working with chronic and complex cases, further developing my skills in injury prevention and management. I believe in a multifaceted approach to health, addressing not only the symptoms but also the root causes of discomfort to promote overall wellness.

I am passionate about integrating various techniques into my practice, including Neurofunctional Acupuncture, Graston Technique for instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy, and the Webster technique, which focuses on optimizing pelvic alignment for expectant mothers. As a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), I am committed to advancing my knowledge and skills in pediatric and prenatal chiropractic care.

Chiropractic care offers numerous benefits, from pain relief and improved mobility to enhanced athletic performance and better posture. Whether you’re recovering from an injury or seeking preventive care, my goal is to support your journey toward optimal health.
