CHIROPRACTIC CARE

Chiropractic care focuses on restoring balance, mobility, and proper function to the body’s musculoskeletal and nervous systems—particularly the spine, joints, and surrounding soft tissues. By improving alignment and nervous system communication, chiropractic care can support overall health and well-being.

Concerns Treated:

  • Pain and issues with mobility

  • Poor posture and/or alignment

  • Nervous System Dysfunction

  • Injuries related to sports, car accidents, workplace

  • Pregnancy related concerns

  • Pediatric specific concerns

  • Poor sleep quality

  • Muscle tension and stress

Chiropractic care is a natural, hands-on approach that helps the body function at its best—whether you’re seeking pain relief, improved mobility, or preventive wellness support.

WEBSTER TECHNIQUE

The Webster Technique is a specific chiropractic analysis and adjustment primarily used to support pregnant individuals by optimizing pelvic alignment and balance.

The goal of the Webster Technique is to:

  • Reduce sacral and pelvic misalignment

  • Release tension in surrounding muscles and ligaments (especially the round ligaments)

  • Optimize uterine and pelvic function, creating more space and balance for the developing baby

This helps support comfortable pregnancy, easier movement, and may reduce factors that contribute to fetal malpositioning (like breech presentation), though chiropractors do not manually turn the baby.

The Webster Technique is considered safe when performed by a chiropractor trained and certified in the method (through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association – ICPA).
It’s a non-invasive approach that uses light force and avoids twisting or thrusting motions.

ACUPUNCTURE

When performed by a chiropractor, medical acupuncture is often integrated with chiropractic care to enhance muscle relaxation, reduce pain, and improve mobility.

Conditions Commonly Supported

Medical acupuncture can be beneficial for:

  • Neck, back, and shoulder pain

  • Headaches and migraines

  • Muscle tightness and trigger points

  • Joint pain or arthritis

  • Sports injuries and repetitive strain

  • Stress-related muscle tension

Chiropractors are trained in the structure and function of the musculoskeletal and nervous systems, allowing them to apply acupuncture from a neurofunctional perspective—targeting the underlying cause of pain or dysfunction, not just the symptoms.
